Play responsibly,
enjoy — at 699bd
699bd believes entertainment is truly enjoyable only when it is controlled and played with awareness. Our tools and guidelines keep you protected.
Why is responsible gaming important?
Online gaming is primarily a form of entertainment. At 699bd, we want every player to play with enjoyment, safely, and with full awareness. Gambling can be a fun experience — but if it gets out of control, it can have a negative impact on personal life, family, and financial health. That is why we always give responsible gaming the highest priority.
699bd is not just a gaming platform — we also care about our players' wellbeing and peace of mind. On this page, we will explain in detail all the tools and resources that will help ensure a safe and controlled experience for you.
Remember: gambling is for entertainment only, not a source of income. Set your own limits before placing each bet. If you feel that gaming is becoming a habit or addiction, now is the time to take action.
Important Age Requirement
To create an account and play games at 699bd, you must be at least 21 years old. This platform is operated exclusively for those aged 21 and above. We strictly prohibit gaming by minors and maintain a zero-tolerance policy on this matter.
699bd's protection features for you
These tools will help you manage your gaming habits and maintain healthy limits.
Set Deposit Limits
You can set a maximum limit for your daily, weekly, or monthly deposits. This prevents depositing beyond your budget and keeps your finances secure. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately; increasing a limit takes some time to come into effect.
Loss Limit
Set in advance the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a given period. Once you reach that limit, you will be automatically stopped. This is an effective way to control losses in moments of emotion.
Time-Out Break
If you feel you need a break, use the time-out feature to temporarily close your account for anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days. During this period, no bets, deposits, or games are possible. Once the break ends, the account is automatically reactivated.
Self-Exclusion
If you need a long-term break, self-exclusion allows you to permanently close your account for a set period. Once activated, it cannot be reversed before the specified time. You can arrange this by contacting the support team.
Reality Check Reminder
Enable regular pop-up notifications to remind you how long you have been playing. Staying aware of your playing time is one of the most important parts of responsible gaming.
24/7 Support
For any concerns or issues related to gaming, 699bd's support team is always here for you. Contact us via live chat or email in Bengali or English. Your conversation will be handled with complete confidentiality.
Warning signs of problem gambling
If any of the signs below appear in yourself or someone close to you, it is an important signal that help may be needed.
- A tendency to repeatedly bet more in an attempt to recover losses
- Neglecting family, friends, or work because of gambling
- Repeatedly failing despite trying to stop gambling
- Taking on debt or spending savings to gamble
- Feeling restless, anxious, or irritable when not gambling
- Hiding from family how much you have played or how much you have lost
- Turning to gambling to relieve stress rather than for enjoyment
Ask yourself

How much money have you set aside for today? If that amount is lost, will your daily life still be unaffected?
Have you set a time limit?
Have you decided in advance how long you will play? When that time is up, will you be able to stop?
How is your mental state?
Are you playing while angry, anxious, or under stress? If you are not in a stable state of mind, take a break for today.

Core principles of responsible gaming
Age Verification & Protection of Minors
699bd strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Age verification is completed during account registration. If there are any minors in your household, use parental control software on your device and ensure your login credentials are kept out of their reach.
Financial Protection
Gambling should never be used as a source of income. Only bet an amount that, if lost, will cause no problems in your daily life. The minimum deposit at 699bd is just ৳200, so you can start with a small amount. Deposit via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer — and set your budget in advance.
Never play with borrowed money or your savings. Wins and losses in gambling are uncertain. Avoid making decisions driven by greed or emotion.
Time Management
Decide how long you will play before each gaming session and stop when that time comes. Keeping reality check reminders on will notify you automatically. Playing for long periods without a break reduces concentration and weakens judgment.
Mental Health & Support
If you ever feel that gambling is having a negative effect on your mental health or relationships, take a break immediately and let someone you trust know. 699bd's live chat support and email ([email protected]) are always available. We are ready to assist you with complete confidentiality.
Winning Expectations & Reality
Gaming outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is completely impartial and unpredictable. No strategy or method can guarantee a win. Each game session is independent — previous results do not affect future results. Fair play principles are strictly followed at 699bd.
SSL Encryption & Fair Play
699bd uses SSL encryption to keep your personal and financial information secure. Our games operate under fair play principles — with no manipulation or bias. A safe and transparent gaming experience is our commitment.
Play responsibly and enjoy
Enjoy 699bd's entertainment games in a secure environment. Slots, cricket betting, or live casino — whatever you like, but always within your own limits.
